If the scanner encounters a misfeed, feeding is temporarily paused to allow you to reposition the document and then resume scanning. Incomplete image data is not sent to the PC, so scanned images are kept in perfect order. Conventional scanners usually require additional steps to find and delete the image at the time of error.
